1. The service
OneLamp is a universal context layer operated by Saho Labs, Inc. It lets you connect your apps, services, and knowledge — repos, docs, APIs, tools, and notes — into a single context graph, and lets the AI agents you authorize retrieve that context through our website, MCP server, and REST API. OneLamp is a retrieval layer, not a generation layer: the default query path returns a ranked context pack, not a synthesized answer.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may sign in with GitHub, Google, Apple, or email and password; you are responsible for the security of those accounts.
3. Your content & license
You retain ownership of the content you connect and the context graph built from it. You grant OneLamp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, index, and serve that content as needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models. You represent that you have the rights to connect the sources and content you provide.
4. Connected services
- When you link a third-party source, you authorize OneLamp to access it using the scopes and credentials you grant, solely to build and refresh your context. You can revoke a connection at any time.
- Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms. OneLamp is not responsible for those services or for content you are not permitted to connect.
5. Developer & API terms
- API keys are secrets tied to your account. Do not share them, embed them in client-side code, or use another party’s keys. You are responsible for all activity authenticated by your keys.
- You must respect rate limits and documented usage constraints, and must not attempt to circumvent them. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys to protect the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OneLamp to:
- connect or store content you do not have the rights to use;
- store, retrieve, or distribute illegal content, or facilitate wrongdoing;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misuse others’ data;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
See our Trust & Security page for more on acceptable use and how to report a concern.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. OneLamp does not guarantee that retrieval will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLamp and Saho Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneLamp and Saho Labs, Inc. from claims arising out of the content and sources you connect, your use of the API, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, or legal/security reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
