Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and OneLamp governing your use of OneLamp. By creating an account, connecting a source, or connecting an AI client, you agree to them.

Last updated June 3, 2026

1. The service

OneLamp is a shared context layer for AI tools. It lets you connect your apps, services, and knowledge (repos, docs, APIs, tools, and notes) into a single private context layer, and lets the AI tools you authorize read and write that context through our website and MCP server.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may sign in with GitHub, Google, or an email one-time code; you are responsible for the security of those accounts.

3. Your content & license

You retain ownership of the content you connect and the context built from it. You grant OneLamp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, index, and serve that content as needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models. You represent that you have the rights to connect the sources and content you provide.

See our Trust & Security page for more on acceptable use and how to report a concern.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. OneLamp does not guarantee that retrieval will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneLamp from claims arising out of the content and sources you connect, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, or legal/security reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
